Strategic Advisory Rooted in Corporate Experience

Business Strategic Advisor & Founder Development Architect

I focus on getting results and turning strategies into action. I like to work closely with clients, not just give advice from afar.

My CliftonStrengths—Achiever, Strategic, Relator, Futuristic, and Learner—reflect my commitment to hands-on teamwork. For me, brainstorming is just the beginning. I quickly spot patterns, plan ahead, and build strong partnerships. This approach sets me apart from most advisors.

I started my business journey in 2017, after years of writing down ideas and waiting until I had one more certification. I know what it’s like to be a high-performing professional who wants to build something, but feels nervous about career risk, financial responsibility, and the pressure to succeed. I am the client I serve.

I have worked in both private companies and government organizations. My background includes executive coaching, mentorship, career development, program and project management in HR and IT, federal contracting, workforce analytics, business process improvement, federal budgeting, pharmaceutical contracting, and hospital financial services.

I hold a PMP certification and a BA in Journalism from Temple University. This background helps me communicate clearly and accurately.

I use coaching tools in my advisory work. Every project follows The PPS Method: Diagnose, Design, Insulate, Execute. I also use the Career Insulation Protocol to help protect your reputation, financial stability, and career capital as you build your business.

I look forward to helping you build a structured, sustainable service business while protecting your current career from unnecessary risks.

Purposeful Thinking. Precise Building.

Books and bookstores are my happy place! I hope books never become 100% digitized.

Growing up, we were not allowed to watch television, so books were my gateway to the world and how I learned about others' lives. However, when I did begin to watch television, I never lost my love of books, the library, bookstores, the smell of books, and that nostalgic feeling one gets when one starts reading the foreword of a new book!

I had a long-time dream of having a business and never acted on it because I thought I needed just one more degree and a certification for just about everything. However, I spent time researching and writing down my extensive business visions, dreams, and research findings. Then, one day I decided enough was enough! I started my official business journey in 2017.

Not exactly a fun truth, but still valid. The funny part is that once I started, I went HARD! Although looking back, I'm laughing because, in a short three years, I had semi-mastered social media, trademarks, a podcast, a few clients, goals to NEVER work for anyone again, and a new faith in myself. Now, I'm more strategic and calculating, but moving forward just the same.

Growing up I watched The Sound of Music so many times I used to know it by heart.

Although we could not watch television, we could watch movies rated G. We used the watch the corniest movies, and I mean that fondly. Some were on repeat, and The Sound of Music was one of them. Today I mainly remember the phrase, "The hills are alive with the sound of music…."
