Do I need to quit my job to work with you?

No, you do not need to leave your job. Both the Business Foundation Design Intensive and the Corporate Exit Architecture are designed to help you build your business while you are still working. The aim is to create a solid foundation before you make the transition, so you do not have to rush your exit.

What kind of businesses do you work with?

We work with service-based businesses like consulting, coaching, advisory, professional services, construction, carpentry, fractional roles, and agencies. If you are starting a product business, e-commerce store, or selling physical products, this may not be the right fit. We focus on service-based models because corporate skills transfer best to these businesses.

How do I know which engagement is right for me?

Start with the Business Architecture Intensive. This session is like a check-up for your business idea. By the end, you will know whether your idea is solid, which gaps need attention, and whether it makes sense to keep working together. Strategic advisory does not come with an outcome guarantee. Any advisor who promises one is not being honest. We guarantee a structured process, clear deliverables, and direct feedback. The results depend on your execution. Our role is to make sure the business structure is right so your efforts lead to results.

Can't I just use ChatGPT or AI tools for this?

Yes, you can use AI tools to gather information. AI is helpful for making frameworks, templates, and first drafts of plans. But AI cannot tell when you are avoiding a key decision, notice a pricing issue in real time, challenge your assumptions, or hold you accountable. AI gives you answers, but advisory helps you develop judgment. These are different things.
