Pursuing another certification and continuing to write out my ideas would not make me ready to step into the business-building process. I began this firm in 2017 after years of doing just this. I kept preparing instead of building my business until I finally chose differently. Once there, I carried the weight of choosing between career and business. I understand what it costs to balance career and financial risks; and I also understand what it costs to defer a business idea, to deal with flawed business execution, and to face the pressure to get it right.
